Imagination Technologies is a global company which designs and licenses market-leading processor solutions for technology products. Its IP is used in more than 30% of smartphones worldwide.

The Challenge

After working with Imagination on successful SEO and PPC campaigns, Liberty was tasked with growing brand awareness on social channels to meet the company’s ambitious recruitment goals. Although Imagination was highly-renowned in the semi-conductor industry, social visibility was low and content had little engagement.

Our Approach

We wanted to create a social strategy across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter which shone a light on the brilliant people working at Imagination.

Our social media team led on channel management, creating community-focused content to speak to a range of stakeholders, including employees, potential future staff, investors, partners and customers.

We used social channels to promote brand campaigns, product launches and HR initiatives, always seeking to showcase Imagination’s unique culture.

When the business rebranded in 2021, we used this opportunity to attract new recruitments by showing off the company values across additional platforms such as YouTube.

This saw massive traction and a huge rise in successful applications.
