Charlotte Packaging is a legacy client of Liberty, having been on board with us since 2014. They are a small family-run business manufacturing bespoke food packaging who wanted a stab at digital to reach new clients.

Charlotte Packaging were new to Google Ads in 2014 when they approached Liberty for help with their digital marketing. Their aim for dabbling in digital was to acquire more business enquiries from caterers locally and nationwide.

With a very small budget, we knew we’d have to get creative.

With continuing success since 2014, the account was shared with a new PPC Specialist for a fresh approach.

Cher spotted an opportunity to optimise running ad campaigns with negative keywords and to add additional intent-based keywords to hyper-target audiences in an attempt to bring down the cost-per-acquisition to utilise the cost saving elsewhere.

With a number of bidding strategies Cher was able to maximise ad campaigns from a low ad spend.

The Results

By maximising campaigns from a low spend, we have been able to run their Google Ads account efficiently.
