Molly Dyer, Director of People and Culture

Our Director of People and Culture, Molly sits on Liberty’s leadership team and manages all things HR, plus much more.

Molly has a background as a generalist HR Manager, most recently in the charity sector. However, her early career was in a web software development agency.

She is passionate about EEDI, wellbeing and shaping organisational culture. Outside of work, when she’s not chauffeuring her kids around, she enjoys spending time with family, visiting new places, eating lovely food and trying to stay a bit active.

Describe your role in 7 words: Ensuring Liberty’s people are thriving and engaged

Which celebrity do you most closely resemble: I've never been consistently told I look like any one person. A friend of mine years ago once said I looked like Amy Winehouse.

Interesting fact: Moved to the UK when I was 24 with no clue and no cares.

Proudest moment: Birth of my children.
