Hope Riches, Strategic Account Manager

Hope has more than ten years of customer service experience, including development from one of the best providers, Walt Disney World. Some of her previous roles include facilities, logistics and event management.

Hope joined Liberty’s client services team at the start of 2023 as an Account Manager. In this position, she utilises her experience in customer service to facilitate two-way conversation between our clients and teams, ensuring our projects run as smoothly as possible.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? I once bumped into Clint Eastwood at a London hotel, and he smiled at me.

What's been the proudest moment of your life so far? I spent a year working for the ‘mouse’ as in Micky Mouse. I was lucky enough to be accepted onto Disney Culture Representative program and lived in America for just over a year.

What’s your death row meal? My mother in-law's homemade fish and chips (must be haddock) with minted peas and good tartar sauce. A glass of Silver Moki wine to go with it!

Which celebrity do you most closely resemble? I don’t see it personally apart from the blonde hair but over the years numerous people have told me Shakira.
