Aled Jeffreys, Head of Quality and Resource

Our Head of Quality and Resource, Aled, came to us in 2020 after working in the print industry and combines this practical experience with theory from his business management degree.

Being organised and staying one step ahead of what needs to be done is an essential part of Aled’s job role as well as monitoring performance against agreed targets and using this information to drive continuous process improvements.

Aled likes to take a lot of pride in his work so getting great results for clients is his favourite part of the job.

Which celebrity do you most closely resemble? I have been told I look a little like prince William, but I don’t see it myself

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself. I have quite short legs for my height which has led to my kindest friends to call me “captain baby legs”

What’s the proudest moment of your life? Marrying my amazing husband

What’s your death row meal? A cake with a nail file in it!
